Coach Carroll is starting his first season at Union Football. He began his coaching career in his hometown of York, South Carolina. Three years ago, Coach Carroll started Legion Collegiate Academy where he served as the Offensive Coordinator and the QB/LB Coach. Spencer is most proud of the players he’s coached over the years who continue to live their lives in a competitive and purposeful way.

Coach Carroll’s career path runs in the family, as his dad was a head coach and his younger sister is an elementary school teacher. His mom inspires him to make an impact on people everyday.

Something you may not know about me: If I’m not watching film or coaching football, you can find me on the golf course. I pull for the New England Patriots and the Alabama Crimson Tide. I may or may not have flipped a penny off the Eiffel Tower for good luck….
