Summer at the U!

You may still register for RCC in person. Please plan to arrive early to complete the registration process before camp starts.

Union football is synonymous with winning championships. While raising the trophies in the fall is the finish line, the starting line happens in the summer. The combination of hard work, dedication, and grit throughout the summer is the foundation on which the trophy case is built.

If you or your player are part of the Union Football program, here’s what you need to know about the summer…

  • Union 10th-12th Graders (2026-2027 School Year)

    Mondays-Fridays June 8 through July 28, from 6:45am-9:15am at Union Tuttle Stadium (5 days/week)

    COST: $200.00

    EQUIPMENT: Workout clothes and shoes, and a desire to work hard and improve over the summer.

    CAMP DESCRIPTION: RCC is an intense Strength and Conditioning training program offered to athletes entering the 3rd-12th grades. RCC is staffed by experienced coaches and enhanced by new equipment and techniques to develop our future athletes.

  • Union 8th and 9th Graders (2026-2027 School Year)

    Mondays-Thursdays, June 8 through July 28, from 9:30am-11:00am at Union Tuttle Stadium (4 days/week)

    COST: $200.00

    EQUIPMENT: Workout clothes and shoes, and a desire to work hard and improve over the summer.

    CAMP DESCRIPTION: RCC is an intense Strength and Conditioning training program offered to athletes entering the 3rd-12th grades. RCC is staffed by experienced coaches and enhanced by new equipment and techniques to develop our future athletes.  

  • 3rd-7th Graders (2026-2027 School Year)

    Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays, July 7 through July 28, from 6:00pm-7pm at Union Tuttle Stadium (3 days/week)

    COST: $75.00

    EQUIPMENT: Workout clothes and shoes, and a desire to work hard and improve over the summer.

    CAMP DESCRIPTION: RCC is an intense Strength and Conditioning training program offered to athletes entering the 3rd-12th grades. RCC is staffed by experienced coaches and enhanced by new equipment and techniques to develop our future athletes.

What You need to know:

equipment: workout clothes and tennis shoes.

dead week. ossaa dead week is june 27 - july 5. no rcc during dead week.

payment: payment is due on or before the first day of camp.

Step 3: Select Register for Athletics/Activities.

Step 4: Select the camp you wish to pay for, then enter your student’s information and click submit.

Step 5: Select the blue pay button to complete the payment.

To pay In person: Please visit the uwear store or athletic office in the umac.

REDHAWKS COUNTRY CLUB is designed for athletes who desire to IMPROVE on the field. Athletes are required to show up on time, hydrated, and ready to put in the work!

RCC is staffed by experienced coaches and enhanced by new equipment and techniques to develop our future athletes.

Remember to drink PLENTY of water in the days leading up to camp and throughout the summer!
